Masquerade

Covid 19 turned our lives into a masquerade and added a little mystery to things. Did we ever wonder about the face hidden by the mask and did we sometimes groove with the eyes of a masked face? Did we enjoy the feeling of being hidden and inscrutable to other people? ‘Person’’ is from a Latin word that means mask—persona. Every person is a walking mask, but the conscious self is invisible. Life, in fact, appears to be a constant masquerade.
